Grilled Chicken Red Beans
Delicious savory chicken wrapped in flour so so crispy. Stirred with a savory red beans chewy be a savory side dish of rice friends!

Ingredients:
300 grams of chicken thigh meat without skin and bones, cut into pieces
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt
75 grams of starch
cooking oil
75 grams onion, sliced
100 grams of fresh red bean stew
1 stalk spring onion, sliced
seasoning:
2 tablespoons Seasoning
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon of full cream milk
½ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
150 ml of water
How to prepare:
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and pepper until blended.
2. Sprinkle the flour until blended.
3. Fry in cooking oil until slightly dry and overcooked. Remove and drain.
4. Saute onion until wilted.
5. Add seasonings, red beans and leeks and stir well.
6. Place the fried chicken on heat-resistant container.
7. Pour bean batter.
8. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
9. Remove and serve warm.
Tips:
- If there is no fresh red beans can be used dry or canned red beans. For dried red beans, soak first in cold water for 2 minutes then drain and boil until tender.
