Taro Ice Crystals

Ingredients:
100 grams of boiled purple taro, cut into small dice
1 tablespoon purple dye
3 tablespoons flour
Kuah:
100 ml coconut milk
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
½ teaspoon of salt
Milk 4 tablespoons honey, dissolved in 150 ml water
Complement:
Ice cubes, shaved rough
4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
How to prepare:
1. Marinate chunks of taro with coloring until blended.
2. Dredge in flour until blended.
3. Boil in boiling water until the float. Remove and drain.
4. Store in the refrigerator until cold.
5. Gravy: Boil coconut milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until boiling. Lift.
6. Stir until warm.
7. Add milk and stir well.
8. Serve with boiled taro Gravy granules, shaved ice and sweetened condensed milk.
9. Serve cold.
Tips:
- Use a purple taro Pontianak, if no use Bogor old taro tubers.
